Saturday – Lulworth Cove. Top tips, get there early and be prepared for the eye watering car park charge (at least no awkward app) and stunning scenery. After a fair carry (the single track road from the car park to the beach was blocked by a padlocked barrier) and briefing we launched into the cove for some sea kayak manoeuvring practice:
We then paddled west out of the cove along the coast, through Durdle Door and onto the beach for a lunch stop:
Then it was back to Lulworth Cove with a brief diversion into Stair Hole:
Then some rescue practice, assisted and paddle floats:

Hard carry back up the hill and ice cream on the beach, then back to our Millionaires Row pad. You can see we fitted right in:

Sunday – Chain Ferry from Sandbanks to Studland where there was lots (fills up quickly though) of free parking on the side of the road. Shortish carry over a small dune (no Adders spotted) to launch from Gravel Point for a circumnavigation of Brownsea Island:

Thanks to Dan and Stephen for leading and Naomi as head chef!
